You may have tremendous powers of concentration and may be very direct and forthright in your approach and your communications. You have the potential to take the lead in transforming things, but even you may need to take stock and perhaps consider establishing a healthier work/life balance. So, ideally make time to truly listen to others and to be more open, talking about your problems as well as your successes, sharing joys and sorrows. There may be times also when walking away may not be such a bad idea.

You may feel unsettled, caught between your tendency to procrastinate and your need to initiate and innovate. If this is so, then endurance and perseverance may be key, as others may not understand your words or your motives. You may have to make the best of where you are and just focus on moving forward. It may help you greatly to become a team player, one who truly listens to others and keeps their words clear and simple. To achieve this, as well as listening, take time to contemplate, ideally in the quiet. Keep a handle on your impulsiveness, beware of glamour and quick fixes … Above all stay focussed on your goal.

You may be focussed on ordering and controlling your environment, when in fact ‘hands off let it happen’ may be more appropriate. You may know exactly how you want things to be done, but you are not indispensable, and you don’t have to be at the centre of things for everything to work out. Spend time with yourself ideally meditating and focus on plans that may have been on the back burner, perhaps developing hidden talents.

You may be extremely idealistic and may be striving for perfect harmony, you may be very generous and kind, but you can also be very impatient and ruthless about getting what you want. You may have to be realistic, idealism is admirable, but it doesn’t pay the bills. You may feel pushed out of your comfort zone but stay positive. Don’t get stuck trying to achieve perfection and blaming the world because it’s not living up to your expectations. Master your emotions and listen to others, even if what they say may seem negative, it may be valuable if you give it some thought. Reflect before you speak and try to ensure the words don’t pour out of you.

Beware of taking on too much and putting yourself under time limits and pressures. You may feel forced into action and may feel you have to ‘sink or swim’.  You may very unsettled and pulled in different directions. You may not want to be seen as vulnerable but listen to others and give yourself space to look at things differently. This may be a great opportunity to bring in new creative thinking that could change everything. Try to keep your words clear and simple and try to ensure the words don’t pour out of you. Have faith in yourself and the universe, try to relax, focus on finding freedom despite the limitations.

You may be a fighter with relentless determination, who wants to push through with great creativity to transform things. You may plan in detail with practical ideas and be able to communicate this very clearly and directly. You may also be very sensitive and highly attuned to the feelings of others, so much so that you may find yourself deeply involved in the problems of others and you may get stuck as a result. If so, perhaps focus just on the essentials of what you want to achieve. While you can’t impose your beliefs on others, you can find your inner voice again, trust this and try to relax. This may mean you have to go with the flow more than you would like, but by trusting your intuition, there is the potential for synchronicity and ultimately transformation to happen.  

You can be uncompromising in your vision and totally devoted to your cause. You can be volatile and passionate, with an intense imagination. It may be important that you stay grounded and focussed, with great emotional control as you can be easily distracted. You can care too much and give too much, when it may be important you conserve your energy, so don’t be so anxious to explain. Others may not ‘get you’, but what matters is ‘you get you’. It may help to let go of the past and stay focussed on moving forward. Have faith in yourself and the universe.

Try to get past your fear of failure, to strike out on your own. You may have great ideas and you may be very ambitious, but you may doubt yourself. We can’t impose our beliefs on others and not everyone will agree with you. If you feel forced into action, try not to put energy into arousing antagonism. Instead, focus on the job at hand, rather than observing, emotional control rather than your great sensitivity. Try to keep things simple and fresh. Spend no time comparing yourself to others, feeling you don’t measure up and that you are not good enough. Try to see obstacles as a great opportunity to dig deep and find great inner strength as well as your unique creativity. This may help you find new solutions … Necessity is the mother of invention.

You may have great sensitivity, concentration and will power. But there may be obstacles and others may be trying to impose their ways of thinking on you. As soon as you feel the restrictions you may want to disappear off on your travels. Despite this, now may be a good time to listen to your inner voice, to find the courage to truly be yourself and to do things in your own way, even though this may bring up lots of emotion. It may be time to stop doubting yourself. ‘Freeze or flourish, ‘sink or swim’ … Time to think in terms of ‘who dares wins’ …

You may feel very sensitive, but at the same time you may want to get to the bottom of things, cutting through any illusions along the way. You don’t like playing games and hate any form of pretence. Despite this you may also recognise how working with others may bring in new ideas and connect you with the much bigger picture, helping you move from procrastination to action. Trying to achieve perfection, doing it all yourself will leave you exhausted. Learn to compromise and try to be more diplomatic, working with others could make all the difference, especially today.
