Just be open to new ways of doing things, you don\u2019t have to be in charge for everything to come right. <br> <strong><br> <\/strong>The challenge for 2019 was to look at the bigger picture and focus much more on working together to find new solutions and new ways of doing things. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The challenge for 2020 is to focus on\nbuilding viable new structures resulting from this, while connecting to the\nmuch bigger picture and promoting peace and harmony.<br>\n<br>\nThe 20s in 2020 encourages everyone to take their time, working in more subtle\nways to get every detail right, employing great care, thoroughness and\nconsideration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are also at the beginning of the Age of\nAquarius which is about the brotherhood of man and the two 2s now in the year,\nencourage a more diplomatic, sensitive approach.
