Try to stay inspired and in touch with the much bigger picture, spend no time comparing yourself to others and feeling you do not fit in and that you are not good enough. Your control is admirable, but so is spontaneity. Try to laugh at your foibles and faults, despite being the perfectionist, try to let go and trust. Focus on taking positive action rather than planning in detail and getting frustrated. Ideally loosen up and work with others more.

In wanting to keep things simple you may be quite rigid in your thinking, as you focus on the job at hand. You may have great breath of vision and the potential to inspire others to think in new ways, but this can only happen if you can allow yourself to go with the flow. You may feel great responsibility towards your work and may be determined to make your ideas a reality, but by staying so focussed you may have a knack for provoking others even though you truly care. Sometimes it may be a good idea to reserve your judgements, learn to stand aside and observe without expressing your opinion. Not everyone wants to be thinking in new ways and you may achieve a great deal more working as part of a team, focussing together on what is viable and practical.

The courage to truly be yourself may bring up lots of emotion for you, particularly if you must work with others more than you would like. There may be a lot going on in your head that find difficult to put into words but master your emotions and allow the breaking down of rigid mindsets and feelings to unfold naturally. Have faith in yourself and your ability to make your own rules and to survive the pressure to surrender your uniqueness to the crowd. Allow yourself a holiday or a break and enjoy the freedom that comes from truly loving who you are!

You cannot impose your beliefs on others but may feel sensitive and frustrated if your unconventional thinking is not appreciated. To get over this try to focus on the job in hand. Try not to put energy into pushing your feelings and your creativity down. Control the hurricane inside and guide its power constructively, stay focussed and grounded. Slow down and look at the whole picture, otherwise today may be a series of spurts and stops. Let go of the past, have faith in yourself and the universe.

You have your own way of doing things and can be very practical, as well as imaginative and idealistic. You may want to bring in new thinking and may feel very unsettled, particularly if you don’t like the way things are being done. We can all become prisoners of a set way of thinking and you may be more normal than you think. Follow your heart and try to see things as others do. Listen as well as speak and try to ensure the words don’t pour out of you. Your way of doing things is not the only way.

You may be determined to cut through any illusions, to stay on track despite great ups and downs and your great sensitivity. You know how to save your energy for the long haul and you may also know how to make things happen. No matter how dynamic the activity, your energy flows smoothly and the thoughtful quiet side to your personality always comes through. You have the potential to heal and to inspire others to think in whole new ways if you can change some patterns within yourself and get past your resistance to change.

Today is a great day to talk business, especially if you are passionate about what you are doing. If so, you have the potential to bring out the best in others and may inspire co-operative ventures. To do this however you may have to seriously focus, putting aside your wish to be somewhere else, ideally on holiday. It may help the process if you remember your global vision and plan your holiday for a later date. Be aware also that this potential may scare you and may be the real reason you want to be somewhere else.

You have your plans and you know what you want to happen, you may have decided on action, but may feel you are just hanging on. If so, try not to put energy into frustration and get a handle on your reactions – don’t let others push your buttons, particularly those in authority. You have a wonderful sense of humour, which can diffuse potentially explosive situations and save the day for you. You are expansive and can be visionary idealistic and inspirational, but you may also doubt yourself at a profound level and may be deeply sensitive. Try to use your true feelings to see clearly in all situations – they are your greatest strength …

You may want to focus on taking care of others and making them happy. You may also want to inspire everyone to think in new ways, but you may have to learn to work quietly behind the scenes, to achieve your ends. You cannot impose your beliefs on others and you are not going to save everyone. Stay positive and attend to your own personal needs – you cannot hold it together and help others if you are running on empty, so maybe let the world get along without you, while you focus on what fills you back up …. A shift on the inside and space to find the treasure within can truly changes everything … It may be time to find yourself and to truly be yourself …
