You have the potential to inspire others through your work, but some re-evaluation may be required. Don’t push yourself too hard and try not to be too impatient, change won’t happen overnight. You may have lots of ideas, but you may need to be more flexible. Start by focusing on building structures and perhaps establishing a new routine for yourself. Try to focus on sorting yourself out rather than focussing on what everyone else is doing. You may be giving something up to serve a higher/bigger purpose, if so, stay inspired, creative and focussed on your goal. Admit your mistakes and be rich in your praise when it is warranted.

You may be inspired in your thinking but also very realistic in your assessments of a situation. Consequently there may be lots going on in your head that you may find hard to put into words. There may also be a fear of failure and rejection. Perhaps try sharing some of your ideas with others, trying to figure everything out on your own can be pretty tiring. Try to keep things light and fun, perhaps take a back seat for a while and enjoy the ride. You don’t have to figure it all out yourself.

You are very ambitious and capable of devoting all your energies to getting to the top. That being said, there may also be a massive struggle for you to be independent and self confident. On the inside you may feel pulled in different directions. It is important you acknowledge just how sensitive you are and that you see your sensitivity as the great strength it is. Master your emotions and don’t allow your ambition to lead you away from the best in you. Remain open to advice and take what others say about you seriously. Winning and being right are not the only things that matter, it is your behaviour as a human being that truly counts  …

You can make a tremendous impact on those around you when you concentrate your energy. You study situations carefully and may come to conclusions which you communicate forcefully. You are a perfectionist and you can drive yourself to the limit. But today you may have to acknowledge just how sensitive you are, be more accepting and giving, you may be holding on too tightly to a structure that has gone. Don’t get carried away with yourself, remain open to change and take some chances too. If necessary, knock down and rebuild with as much love and compassion as possible.

You may have a vision you want to make real and thinking in new ways may be very important for you today. You want to get to the bottom of things and can be quite direct and argumentative, just wanting to get things done. You may feel pushed into blind experience. If so, stay positive focus on finishing the task at hand and moving forward in this moment now, rather than reflecting on what has been. Watch out for illusions. Try to always see the bigger picture and don’t get caught up in the detail. Above all, don’t take anything personally and take time out to rest.

Today it is important to let go of past hurts and to focus on moving forward. Go into the quiet, master your emotions and you may find all you need to get through this and for the way forward to become clear. Don’t take anything personally and remember this is your life – don’t live it for or through anyone else. Look after yourself but remain open to sharing with others.

The truth may become crystal clear to you in some way today and a decision may be made. There is the potential for transformation as you may move from practical and stable to creative and you may feel a great passion to help others and to get things moving. It is important that you stay positive and remain a team player as much as possible. You are not one to be kept down – you are very resilient with a great capacity for comebacks. Don’t get stuck dwelling in the past and don’t be afraid to ask for help and guidance.

You understand what needs to change and may be impatient for this to happen. You may want to shake things up at every level, at the same time, there may be a lack of confidence that others do not see and you may also feel stuck holding things together. Loosen up a bit – respect others even if they are on the wrong track in your opinion, try to ensure the words don’t our out of you. Focus on positive communication and work with others more to bring structure and order, as there may be something here that you need to see through. Stay positive and be open to new ways of doing things, not everything has to be formulated and planned for it to work.

You can be very determined and focussed on making your plans a reality, but there may be a great deal of emotion with regard to your great sense of responsibility and wanting to take others with you. Try not to take it personally if others are not interested or simply ‘don’t get it’. Focus on taking your next step and building a structure, even if things are not perfect. Try not to get too caught up in planning and analysis, you don’t always have to win. Recognise and respect differences, be open to new ways of doing things. Accept change and responsibility.

It is important you take time off from work, as you make tremendous demands on yourself and have such high standards. It is important that you have your goals that you stay positive, inspired and creative, but you can let go of your problems for at least the weekend. You may feel shaken up to get things moving, but by moving from practical and stable to creative, you can reconnect with your feelings and with others, letting in new ideas and new solutions.
