With so much to do, you may feel you need a holiday. There may be lots of emotion you find difficult to express and your energies may feel very scattered. It’s important you stay confident and strong. Believe in your talents, your different way of doing things is your gift to the world. No more hiding behind gadgets, work, and status. No more confusion and manipulation, take time to find your centre and make plans again. It’s time to focus on finding your treasure within and to look from a new perspective, ideally shining for others, your energies no longer scattered. “In quietness and in confidence shall be your strength” Book of Isaiah.

You may go to great lengths to ensure there is harmony around you and that you are running a ‘tight ship’. You may deny your feelings as you may want to appear ‘in control’ but this may result in more feelings than you know what to do with. Self-acceptance and a creative outlet may help you greatly, as they stop you getting stuck in the past and reliving old wounds. You may feel an intense struggle to be independent and self-confident, you may feel pulled indifferent directions, and may want time on your own, to find your own inner strength again. You may have an intensity of idealism and zeal; you may also be impatient. You may be very sensitive to any exploitation you witness. The courage to be yourself and to do things in your own way may be important to you but allow others to help you. If you feel forced into action, listen to your inner voice as well as to others. Through continually testing your strength, while staying true to who you are, there is the potential for a breakthrough. Align with your inner values and in time everything will align ….

Suddenly closing your door to others, leaving the past behind, determined not to reopen past issues, is not always the best way forward. You don’t always have to put your suit of armour on to go into battle, especially when the qualities of endurance and sensitivity are your greatest strengths. So, take time to listen to others and find ways to conserve your energy, ideally standing back and letting go with love, all that no longer serves you. Above all be patient and try to be more sympathetic to the feelings of others. Acknowledge how sensitive you are and allow your generous nature to come through. Choosing this approach could help all concerned, especially you.

You may be determined to get to the bottom of things and can be quite unstoppable. In the process you may feel forced into action and pushed out of your comfort zone. You may be surprised by the amount of emotion and re-evaluation that may be required and you may be feeling exhausted. If so, still your mind and truly listen to your inner voice, as well as to others. Conserve your energy, focussing on what needs to be done and understood. Watch out for illusions and find the courage to truly be yourself.

You may be courageous, big hearted and honest. You may feel forced into action and may be trying to rise above great transience and change. There may be emotion you find difficult to express and you may be ruthless about getting what you want … It may help to focus on what needs to be done and understood, while listening to others. Watch out for illusions, Re-evaluate, but always find the courage to be yourself. Instead of trying to change the world, focus on helping those in front of you. No need for drama or sensation …

You may have lots of ideas about spreading the light, the love and the wisdom, but you can also be ruthless about getting what you want. You may be determined to make your ideas a reality, but there may also be a lot of emotion you find difficult to express. Your need to please could become a problem, if your desire to be perfect keeps you restless. You may have to learn to say ‘no’ in order to balance your personal needs with your need to help others. Ideally give yourself space to try and master what you do, in your own way and in your own time, without being stressed or driven. Recognition is important to you and will come, in the meantime listen to your inner voice, as well as to others. Re-evaluate, but mind the glass ceilings and don’t let the tail wag the dog.

You may have a lot to say, but it’s not always about being right. Listen to others as well as your inner sense of what is good and true. You may be feel too responsible for the happiness of others and it may be time to drop the martyrdom. You can do this working behind the scenes and keeping your opinions to yourself. Not everyone is as strong willed and directed as you. Perhaps just for today, let things happen in their own good time, just try to ensure the words don’t pour out of you.

Obstacles could wake you up in some way. Planning and new thinking may be needed if you are to turn things around. You may have to look at new (ideally easier) ways of doing things, but stay focussed. Try also to feel grateful to the obstacles – they keep you grounded, focused, and connected to others, they also mean you are moving forward. Spend no time comparing yourself to others, feeling you are not good enough. Be sensitive to those around you and expect a degree of compromise, but not where your ultimate goals are concerned. You might also be closer than you think to turning things around, so stay positive and try not to be too impatient.

Give yourself a break that includes time to focus on you. Reconnect with your true feelings, without an audience and away from the glamour. You may find you return with some fresh new ideas, as well as renewed confidence. While some may find ‘your completely different perspective’ amusing, this newfound connection with yourself, may also result in others truly connecting with your new ideas and new found confidence.
