This may result in a tendency to drift and be distracted. You may also be disappointed if others don’t share your vision of a ‘fairer way’. You may have to acknowledge you can’t impose your way of thinking on others, and rather than put energy into waiting for their approval, you may be happier if you focus on expressing your unique perspective, by inspiring others through your actions. Focus on those who understand and appreciate you, waste no time or energy looking for the approval of anyone else.

The cold light of day can make you very decisive and may bring out a very competitive side to you, when there may also be a very sensitive side to you that you want to express. If you may feel pulled in different directions,
try to be around stable people who will ground you. Follow your heart but try to keep your head screwed on straight and try not to get too side-tracked. “Your name tells a lot about you and everyone has a name”. In a recent meeting with Dame Kelly Holmes, I described what her name means to her and guided her in knowing more about herself. Below are some reflections following our conversation.
There may be a struggle to be independent and self-confident. You may be holding on too tightly to a structure that has gone. You are not always right and it’s not your responsibility to fix everything, so take time to re-evaluate. Accept change and responsibility, working with life as it is, rather than how you think it should be. Listen to your inner voice as well as to others, boundaries and balance are important. Find the courage and space to truly be yourself

You can be a generator, focussed and determined to make your vision real. There may be times you want to retreat but make a realistic assessment of your abilities and keep your nose to the grindstone.
Be sure to listen to your inner voice, especially if you find yourself in unfamiliar territory, be open also to the potential for help to come from unexpected places.
Know that if you choose not to settle for fear and insecurity, you can learn to use your mistakes as building blocks to success. The choice is yours.

Take time to reflect on how best to help others, ensuring you are not running on empty and that the words don’t pour out of you. Try to be patient with yourself, learn when to wait and when to act. You may find you have an important decision to make, one which may mean waking up to a truth you may want to communicate. If so, learning the wisdom of sharing and of ‘give and take’ may become crucial if you are to inspire others to think in new ways and to take others with you.
