Is there some deep heartache that you would rather not deal with?

This may bring up lots of emotion, and there may be a struggle to be independent and self-confident, especially if you have been holding on long after the time to let go has passed. If so, continue to have faith in yourself and stay true to who you are. Try not to close yourself off, instead learn to temper your intensity. Open yourself to the spiritual. Above all, remember to laugh and have fun along the way.
