You may be holding on too tightly to a structure that has gone and may have to give yourself space to bring in new structures and new thinking. You may be ambitious and may like to ensure things are done ‘properly’. Rather than overwhelm others with your suggestions, it may be more productive to listen. Remember also your responsibilities and try to focus on staying grounded as well as innovative. There may be lots of new beginnings and you may have to ‘get over yourself’ as you let go of all that is unproductive and no longer serves you.

You may have tremendous powers of concentration and may be very direct and forthright in your approach and your communications. You have the potential to take the lead in transforming things, but even you may need to take stock and perhaps consider establishing a healthier work/life balance. So, ideally make time to truly listen to others and to be more open, talking about your problems as well as your successes, sharing joys and sorrows. It may be important you acknowledge just how sensitive you are. There may be times also when walking away may not be such a bad idea.

You may feel unsettled, caught between your tendency to procrastinate and your need to initiate and innovate. If this is so, then endurance and perseverance may be key, as others may not understand your words or your motives. While focussing on moving forward, it may help you greatly to become a team player, one who truly listens to others and keeps their words clear and simple. To achieve this, as well as listening, take time to contemplate and keep a handle on your impulsiveness. Beware of glamour and quick fixes … Above all stay focussed on your goal.

You may be focussed on ordering and controlling your environment, when in fact ‘hands off let it happen’ may be more appropriate. You may know exactly how you want things to be done, but no one’s indispensable, and you don’t have to be at the centre of things for everything to work out. Spend time with yourself ideally meditating and focus on plans that may have been on the back burner, perhaps developing hidden talents.

You may be extremely idealistic and may be striving for perfect harmony. You may be very generous and kind, but you can also be impatient and ruthless about getting what you want. You may have to be realistic, idealism is admirable, but it doesn’t pay the bills. You may feel pushed out of your comfort zone but stay positive. Don’t get stuck trying to achieve perfection and blaming the world because it’s not living up to your expectations. Master your emotions and listen to others, even if what they say may seem negative, it may be valuable if you give it some thought. Make the best of where you may find yourself and try to communicate your feelings, (without the martyrdom). Allow the child inside to grow up, and a lot could then be transformed.

Beware of taking on too much and putting yourself under time limits and pressures. You may feel very unsettled and pulled in different directions. You may not want to be seen as vulnerable but listen to others and give yourself space to look at things differently. Try to feel grateful to the obstacles, they keep you grounded, focused and connected to others, they also mean you are moving forward and provide a great opportunity to bring in new creative thinking. Stay positive, focussed on your goals and truth. Try to ensure the words don’t pour out of you.

You may be a fighter with relentless determination, who wants to push through with great creativity and get to the bottom of things. You may plan in detail with practical ideas and be able to communicate this very clearly and directly. You may also be very sensitive and highly attuned to the feelings of others, so much so that you may find yourself deeply involved in the problems of others and you may get stuck as a result. If so, perhaps focus on finding your inner voice again and trusting this. You may have to go with the flow more than you would like, but by trusting your intuition, there is the potential for synchronicity, if you can stand back and let things happen. 

You can be uncompromising in your vision and totally devoted to your cause. You can be volatile and passionate, with an intense imagination. It may be important that you stay grounded and focussed, as you can be easily distracted and may have an imagination that can run riot. You can care too much and give too much, when it may be important you conserve your energy, so don’t be so anxious to explain. Others may not ‘get you’, but what matters is ‘you get you’. Compromising in your dealings with others, need not mean the compromise of your vision.

Try to get past your fear of failure, to strike out on your own. You may have great ideas, but you may doubt yourself at a deep level. We can’t impose our beliefs on others and not everyone will agree with you. If you feel everything is being stirred up at a profound level, try not to put energy into arousing antagonism and try to ensure the words don’t pour out of you. Instead, focus on the job at hand and rather than observing, try to move forward keeping things simple and fresh. Spend no time comparing yourself to others, feeling you don’t measure up and that you are not good enough. Dig deep to find your great inner strength, as well as your unique creativity and the courage to be yourself. Think ‘who dares wins”.

There may be obstacles and others may be trying to impose their ways of thinking on you. Despite your relentless determination to stick with your plans, you may feel forced into compromise. Despite this, stop doubting yourself and find the courage to truly be yourself. Things may be stirred up at a profound level, but still try to feel grateful to the obstacles, they keep you grounded, focussed and connected to others, they also mean you are moving forward. Stay focussed on where you want to get to and always remember that necessity is the mother of invention. Give yourself space, be open to new thinking and you may realise how creative you are.
