You may have tremendous powers of concentration and may be very direct and forthright in your approach and your communications. You have the potential to take the lead in transforming things, but even you may need to take stock and perhaps consider establishing a healthier work/life balance. So, ideally make time to truly listen to others and to be more open, talking about your problems as well as your successes, sharing joys and sorrows. There may be times also when walking away may not be such a bad idea.

You may have a great gift with words, as well as a need to initiate and innovate. If this is so, then endurance and perseverance may be key, as others may not understand your words or your motives. You may have to make the best of where you are and just focus on moving forward. It may help you greatly to become a team player, one who truly listens to others and keeps their words clear and simple. To achieve this, as well as listening, take time to contemplate, ideally in the quiet. Keep a handle on your impulsiveness, beware of glamour and quick fixes …

You may be focussed on getting the job done and may feel this means ordering and controlling your environment, when in fact ‘hands off let it happen’ may be more appropriate. You may know exactly how you want things to be done, but you are not indispensable and you don’t have to be at the centre of things for everything to work out. Spend time with yourself for a while perhaps focus on plans that may have been on the back burner. Try to look at things differently, ideally working and communicating with others more.  

You may be extremely idealistic and may be striving for perfect harmony, you may be very generous and kind, but you can also be ruthless about getting what you want. You may have to be realistic, idealism is admirable, but it doesn’t pay the bills. You may feel pulled in different directions, as well as pushed out of your comfort zone, but stay positive. Don’t get stuck trying to achieve perfection and blaming the world because it’s not living up to your expectations. Master your emotions and listen to others, even what they say may seem negative, it may be valuable if you give it some thought. Focus on being inspired and creative yourself, ideally doing work that you love. Always remember that by thinking in new ways you can change everything.

Beware of taking on too much and putting yourself under time limits and pressures. Make time to relax and have fun, as well as work. Structure and your great sense of duty may be important to you, but so is freedom. You may have lots of ideas and may want to explore your creativity as well as new ways of doing thangs. Give yourself space, it’s all about the journey from your head to your heart.

You may be a fighter with relentless determination, who wants to push through with great creativity to transform things. You may plan in detail with practical ideas and be able to communicate this very clearly and directly. You may also be very sensitive and highly attuned to the feelings of others, so much so that you may find yourself deeply involved in the problems of others, feeling frustrated and stuck as a result. If so, it may be time to drop the martyrdom and help all concerned to see the lighter side of things. If your heart is in what you are doing, you may be able to get past your frustration to allow great intuition, synchronicity and ultimately transformation to happen.

You can be uncompromising in your vision and totally devoted to your cause. You can be volatile and passionate, with an intense imagination. It may be important that you stay grounded and focussed, as you can be easily distracted. You can also care give too much and give too much, especially if you fear failure. It may be important you conserve your energy, so don’t be so anxious to explain. Others may not ‘get you’ but what matters is ‘you get you’. Perhaps leave others to understand for themselves while you give yourself a break, ideally a holiday.

Try to get past your fear of failure, to strike out on your own. You may have great ideas but you may doubt yourself and you may also have work to be getting on with. It’s important you focus on the job at hand, so, focus on doing rather than observing, emotional control rather than great sensitivity and frustration. Try to keep things simple and fresh. Spend no time comparing yourself to others, feeling you don’t measure up and that you are not good enough. You are enough, it’s just that some new thinking may be required.

You may have great sensitivity, concentration and will power. But there may be obstacles and others may be trying to impose their ways of thinking on you. As soon as you feel the restrictions you may want to disappear off on your travels. Despite this, now may be a good time to listen to your inner voice, to find the courage to truly be yourself and to do things in your own way, even though this may bring up lots of emotion. You may benefit most from turning the motor off and taking time out to know yourself better, to relax, enjoy and to go with the flow. By doing this you may come back refreshed with new ideas and the stamina and breadth of vision needed to turn things around …. Accept change and responsibility … ‘Who dares wins’ …

You may feel very sensitive, but at the same time you may want to get to the bottom of things, cutting through any illusions along the way. You don’t like playing games and hate any form of pretence. Despite this you may also recognise how working with others may bring in new ideas and connect you with the much bigger picture. In your dealings with others it may help you greatly if you truly listen to others, keeping your words clear and simple. Trying to achieve perfection, doing it all yourself will leave you exhausted. Learn to compromise and try to be more diplomatic, working with others could make all the difference, especially today.
