You know people and how they tick. You can be very generous and accommodating. You may have a way of winning people over and bringing the best out in others. However, despite the benefits this may bring you, being dependent on the reactions of others may leave you feeling emptied out, with not enough time or energy for things you want to do. It may be time to look at things differently, ideally enjoying your own company and reclaiming your sense of self. Get past your fear of failure and of not being good enough, your confidence doesn’t have to depend on the reactions of others, our environment’s a reflection of our inner world. Know that when you are happy everyone else will be happy too …  

You may be intense, determined and very sharp in your observation and assessment of what is going on around you. You can be very tough once you know your goal and may have to back off occasionally. Remember to return the attentions of those who care about you, they want to help – you don’t have to sort everything out yourself. There is a sensitive side to you that can see both sides of situations and is a great strength, don’t let your desire to always be one step ahead get in the way of this. If you need to act, take the time to listen first and to keep your words clear and simple. To get past your fear of failure and of not being good enough, perhaps focus on finding your truth and living your truth. Remember also, that to be more creative and to inspire yourself as well as others, you must be inspired yourself … it’s all about the journey from the head to the heart ….

Rolling your sleeves up and taking action, may help you to transform things. You may want to be somewhere else and may also feel pulled in different directions, wanting to help humanity and needing to look after yourself, at the same time. There may be lots of emotion you find difficult to express and you may find that if you can stay focussed on your plans and doing what needs to be done and understood, where you are now, unacknowledged barriers within yourself may become easier to break through.

You may be very talkative and totally up for distraction, with lots of ideas. You may also be exhausted when action may be required and there may be lots of emotion you find difficult to express. It may be important that you stay focussed on where you want to get to, finding again your passion and enthusiasm for one project. Listen to your inner voice as well as to others and keep your words clear and simple, then conserve and focus your energies. You may have to say things others do not want to hear and this may take you into new territory. If so, as much as possible try to go into the quiet, to reconnect with your truth and original intention, ideally letting go with love, all that no longer serves you. This will help you to make space for new energies, co-operative ventures, and creativity.

You may feel pushed out of your comfort zone and a great deal of re-evaluation may be required. Despite lots of emotion, you may feel very decisive and be very practical in your actions, especially when you don’t want to let anyone down. Know that this may lead to you finding great strength within, but allow help to come from unexpected places and for others to show you new ways of doing things. Everything you want to achieve may be outside your comfort zone but try to remain sensitive to the feelings of others and take time to truly listen. Stay focussed on your goal and try to take others with you as much as possible.

You may feel very up and down and may need to clarify in yourself what is troubling you. There may be lots of emotion you find difficult to express and it may be important that you listen before you speak. Learn to value silence and to keep yourself grounded. Take time to find your message in the quiet and try to see things as others do. Try to stay positive and focussed, away from the drama as much as possible.

There may be a decision to be made and you may know deep down that your will power alone, may not be enough. There may be projects that require your full attention, and you may feel you are being asked to go beyond your comfort zone, into new territory. The responsibility you feel towards others and not wanting to let anyone down may open doors for you and keep you going. If you must re-evaluate, mind the glass ceilings. Open yourself to the spiritual, and try to connect with the bigger picture, potentially moving from your smaller self to your greater self, understanding that you always have a choice. It may help to spend some time re-examining what it is you truly want, as you may be giving too much, trying to make everyone else happy. Try also not to be so blunt in your criticism, instead see your great sensitivity as the great strength it is and take time to develop deep friendships.

You may feel pulled in different directions, wanting freedom despite the limitations. You may have lots of ideas but you may doubt yourself. You may insist on doing things your way but may benefit more from loosening up and feeling gratitude for where you are now, at least for the moment. Try to keep things simple and light, don’t let ambition dictate your life and steal your joy. Life’s a journey not a destination, it’s also about listening as well as speaking, building the inner temple and not just about building on the outside. So, give yourself space and time to look at things differently, “in amongst constant movement may lie great opportunity, if you can allow yourself to stand still for a moment”.

There may be obstacles and you may feel stuck. You may be a fighter, but you can also be resistant to change and too dependent on your audience. It may be time to step into your power, trusting this is the right place and time to communicate without manipulation and without the need to be forceful or aggressive and to trust the right people will hear you. So, stay positive and try to feel grateful to your obstacles, they keep you grounded, focussed, and connected to others, they also mean you are moving forward. Perhaps also remind yourself that ‘there is little success where there is little laughter’ and ‘laughter is the shortest distance between friends’ …

You may be full of ideas and amazingly creative, but you may also be easily distracted by domestic matters. You may be overprotective towards your loved ones, who need to be free to make their own mistakes. Coming out of your comfort zone, may bring up lots of emotion, but giving yourself permission to rest, may help all concerned. You like to do things in your own way and may be waiting for the perfect time to focus on your ideas, when working with others more may bring in new ideas as well as laughter and joy. So, while keeping your feet firmly on the ground, allow everyone, including yourself, the freedom and space that is needed, to re-evaluate and look at everything from a new perspective.
