You may be a master of persuasion, but you don’t have to win every argument. You may have brilliant ideas but not everyone will be ready for them so you won’t be able to take everyone with you as you would like. Your greatest teachers can be the people in your world that you profoundly disagree with. So, try to be sensitive to the needs and wishes of others and learn to back off occasionally.
