You may feel very sensitive and fearful as you may be holing on too tightly to a structure that has gone. You may feel everything is up in the air and if so, try to focus on consistency, balance and building something solid, despite the transience and change. There may be a great deal that goes on in your head that you can’t put into words, so keep a rein on your imagination and try to stay grounded. Rather than blaming the world for not living up to your expectations, take a look within and change your thinking.
